As a Client Servicing Executive, I was the main point of contact for over seven clients, learning to manage projects under tight deadlines and deliver real-world results—like contributing to campaigns that generated over a million impressions. This is where I mastered the "soft skills" of collaboration, communication, and keeping clients happy, which are the bedrock of any marketing expert.

But I didn't just want to service accounts; I wanted to drive strategy.

My move to Precision Bearing Corporation as Marketing Manager was the key pivot. This is where I truly became a data-driven expert. I wasn't just running campaigns; I was building reporting models in Power BI. I wasn't just getting leads; I was increasing qualified B2B leads by 15% and doubling the conversion rate. I worked to optimise the entire customer journey, proving I could use data to accelerate onboarding and, most impressively, lower churn.
